Terms & Conditions of The Founding 100 Programme
Welcome to The Founding 100. These Terms & Conditions explain how membership of The Founding 100 operates. They have been written in clear, plain English to ensure complete transparency, fairness, and legal clarity for every inaugural partner. By joining The Founding 100, you explicitly agree to these governing terms.
Programmatic Governance Overview
Establishing a clear, legally binding framework for YUMplify’s inaugural stakeholder community.
The Founding 100 represents the core foundation of YUMplify’s stakeholder ecosystem—a permanent commitment between our global technology platform, our local Growth Partner Ecosystem (GPE), and the first one hundred independent food operators who choose to grow with us.
To protect the absolute integrity, commercial exclusivity, and historical value of this status, the following seventeen operational clauses govern all Founding Member allocations, rights, obligations, and ongoing privileges worldwide.
1. What is The Founding 100?
The Founding 100 is YUMplify's permanent recognition programme for the first one hundred independent food businesses anywhere in the world that subscribe to an eligible YUMplify Growth Plan. Membership formally recognises those pioneering businesses that chose to support YUMplify during its earliest operational stage and become part of its founding stakeholder community.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is available strictly to genuine, operational independent food and hospitality businesses (including restaurants, cafés, takeaways, bakeries, food trucks, and ghost kitchens) subscribing directly through YUMplify or an authorised Growth Partner. YUMplify reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel membership where applications are found to be fraudulent, misleading, corporate aggregators, or inconsistent with the core purpose of the programme.
3. Membership Allocation
Membership spots are allocated strictly in chronological order as qualifying subscriptions are successfully completed and initial payment has been received and verified. Once all one hundred memberships have been fully allocated across all global tiers, The Founding 100 programme closes permanently. No additional Founding Memberships will ever be created, nor will expired slots be re-issued beyond the maximum limit of 100.
4. Permanent Founding Number
Each confirmed Founding Member receives a permanent Founding Member Number (e.g., Founding Member #001 through #100). Membership numbers are allocated sequentially based on subscription timestamp. Once allocated, a membership number becomes a permanent digital asset tied to that specific business account and cannot be changed, manually swapped, transferred, or reassigned.
5. Eligible Growth Plans & Allocations
Founding Membership is unlocked exclusively through qualifying YUMplify commercial Growth Plans.

YUMplify may introduce additional Growth Plans, enterprise custom packages, or regional modules in the future; however, doing so will never extend, expand, or inflate the strictly capped 100 places of The Founding 100.
6. Commercial Privileges
Founding Members receive the commercial privileges published at the time of joining, including locked introductory pricing, priority onboarding, and reduced renewal rates. These privileges are personal to the original qualifying business entity and are strictly non-transferable to third-party operators.
7. Public Recognition & Privacy
Founding Members may choose to be recognised publicly through The Founding Hundred wall of honor. Participation in public showcase directories is completely optional. Members may submit a written request at any time to opt out or adjust how their business data is displayed publicly.
8. Certificates & Brand Badges
Founding Members receive a personalized digital certificate and official Founding Member digital badges. These assets remain the intellectual property of YUMplify and may only be displayed to accurately represent active, genuine membership. They may not be altered, resold, or used on unapproved domain assets.
9. Renewal Terms & Continuity
While Founding Membership recognition itself is permanent, the underlying software subscription must remain active in accordance with YUMplify's standard terms. Active Founding Members will permanently retain their locked renewal pricing protection for as long as their subscription remains continuous.
10. Cancellation & Non-Transferability
Members may cancel their active subscription at any time in accordance with YUMplify's standard cancellation policies. Cancellation of subscription does not transfer the Founding Membership slot to another business. YUMplify retains sole discretion regarding how inactive memberships are recorded on historical ledgers.
11. Business Transfers & Ownership
Founding Membership is tied to the original qualifying legal business entity or trading brand. It cannot be sold, sub-licensed, assigned, or transferred to another hospitality business or buyer group without express written prior approval from YUMplify corporate management.

12. Future Participation & Co-Design
From time to time, YUMplify may invite Founding Members to participate in customer research sessions, early-stage pilot programmes, beta testing of new AI capabilities, advisory feedback initiatives, and exclusive community events. All participation in co-design activities is entirely voluntary.
13. The YUMplify Growth Council Framework
The YUMplify Growth Council is currently under active development as a democratic advisory community. Members of The Founding 100 receive priority eligibility for future appointment. Membership of The Founding 100 does not automatically guarantee a seated position on the Growth Council; participation will remain subject to future governance arrangements, active platform usage criteria, and ethical standards.
14. Future Community Investment Opportunities
Should YUMplify or its parent/affiliated entities introduce future community investment or crowd-equity opportunities, members of The Founding 100 may receive priority notification and early review consideration. Legal Notice: Nothing within these Terms constitutes an offer of securities, shares, financial advice, or solicitation for investment. Any future capital initiative will always remain strictly subject to applicable regulatory laws, jurisdiction compliance, and formal equity documentation.
15. Operational Improvements & Programme Scope
YUMplify reserves the right to refine, improve, or update the operational workflows, digital delivery methods, and partner portal features of The Founding 100 where necessary for platform health. However, YUMplify formally covenants that it will never increase the total number of Founding Members beyond the initial 100 businesses, ensuring permanent historical exclusivity.
16. Good Faith, Reputation & Community Integrity
The Founding 100 has been established to celebrate and support independent food businesses that contribute positively to their local neighborhoods and our ecosystem. YUMplify reserves the explicit right to revoke Founding Membership and associated digital privileges if a business acts fraudulently, unlawfully, engages in malicious activities, or conducts itself in a manner that severely harms the reputation or safety of the YUMplify community.

Yes. These terms apply globally to all participating independent food businesses regardless of whether you join in the United Kingdom, Europe, Southeast Asia, or elsewhere. Local support and onboarding are facilitated directly by your assigned Growth Partner.
Can I upgrade my plan from LaunchPad to Grow while keeping my Founding Number?
Yes. Upgrading your functional Growth Plan tier (e.g. moving from LaunchPad to Grow or Thrive) preserves your original, sequential Founding Member Number and locks in the corresponding Founding privilege pricing for that higher tier.
How are local Growth Partners bound by these terms?
Growth Partners act as certified localized deployment and strategy experts operating under YUMplify’s master partner framework. They facilitate your onboarding and local management in strict alignment with these official platform terms.
